Need Jack for 75 LeSabre

I am missing my jack and am looking for a replacement. Does anyone know if I need to get a replacement that is a bumper jack like the original or I if I can just get a more modern jack. I just dont want to be caught without one when I need it. Thanks!

A regular jack should work just fine, of course. I am missing mine off my 60 LeSabre and have always been on the lookout for one. Ebay sometimes has them, but they look really flimsy so I carry around a regular 2 ton trolley jack

...later on I may fabricate a bracket for it in the trunk since I think it may work better than the originals, and won't scratch my freshly chromed bumpers...

Thanks for the advice. Makes sense. I will get one of those modern 2 ton jacks.
