I'm willing to share any of the files and drawings if someone wants to complete a same side or crossflow design head for the 263.

The challenge is: The head has 13 head bolt locations on the port side of the head.
If all 16 ports are on the same side there will be 8 ports with head bolt locations in the center of 8 of the ports.
In a cross flow design, the ports on the original port side have 4 ports with bolt hole locations in the center of the ports.
Our solution was to make a high port head with the head bolts (or studs) recessed below the ports and plug the top of the access holes once the head bolts are torqued in place.
In the case of the 16 port head on the same side, there are a few bolt access holes that cut through both the intake and exhaust runners.
We were going to run a sleeve into the intake port that would be part of the intake manifold.
The intake ports are at a 45 degree upward angle so there is room for all 16 ports on one side.

We did a one cylinder feasibility model to get a good visual of any other problems.

I have all the engine hole locations referenced from the 3 boss locations on the side of the block used during manufacturing and the front of the engine block.
I also posted it here: https://www.teambuick.com/forums/sho...188#post100188
I have the complete Excel file for all hole locations.
I have 1/2 scale drawings and full scale side drawings
I also have the EPRT file for Solid Works
