Wasn't that 1970? And dealers could add an overflow to a 68 and 69 using a 70 over flow tank.... must have a scan somewhere...
EDIT:
I have a '62 Invicta convert. w/401 Nailhead - no radiator overflow tank.
Would like to know when Buick started to add these as I would like to add one. Do not care to use the modern billet or stainless tanks - trying to stay "buick". I have a nice big space to the left of the radiator to install one.
I put a '69 Skylark tank in my '68 Skylark - looks original there on the fender wall.
Thanks

Great piece of info, 75Riv, thank you.
There are two part numbers listed - the picture of the second one is what i think I need.
The reproduction on my screen is pretty small - can't correctly read the part number
Can you tell me if that is the part number 1234289 .....
The other one (which I think is 1234288) is more of a saddle along the fender well (like in a Skylark).
Thanks
