I have a 68 Electra, and one of my front drums is fried.
Its aluminum, and the rivet grooves are seriously deeper than a quarter is thick. Luckily for me, I am closest to one of the biggest Buick graveyards in the world (lol that I know of). I called and...no luck.
Where should I look for a replacement? Did they make steel front drums also thatll fit my car with zero modification?
Can I run one aluminum and one steel drum, or do I need to find a set of front steels?
Id prefer to keep with the cars goofiness and find another aluminum one... but am completely open to suggestions. What other cars had my particular setup? Thanks in advance guys..

Ive got a pair of aluminum drums. One has had the hub removed from it. And they are in decent shap i bought them to put on the rear of my lesabre but my project is on hold due to finaces. I due know that they are not turnable but are usuable.
1962 Lesabre 4 door seadan
2007 honda element (at least its american made by UAW workers in East Liberty OH)
09 Chevy AVEO (100% percent korean assembled, 70% korean parts, 1% usa and canada parts,) Which one is the domestic again i am confused?
They made steel replacements for the cars that originally had the aluminum drums. To my knowledge, no replacement aluminums were ever made. They are getting hard to find.
