    1950 Buick Special Picture Thread

I'm 4 months into making a 1950 Special into daily driver. This thread is for a pictorial summary of the progress.

The car the day it arrived.

Most of the arrival day photos. They are mostly detail shots of all the various dings and scraps and arrival day condition of the car.

The springs are not new. They are well within the Buick tolerances so I didn't see any reason to try to replace them.

The Disc Conversion is a Scarebird kit. They send the brackets and a parts list. I don't have the parts list handy but I do know the rotors are from a 71-76 Buick Riviera. I don't remember if the calipers are from the same. The bearings are from a Dodge Colt.

If you want specifics I can find the list. At least I better find it

Yes, that would be nice.....I have new rotors/calipers for a 1976 olds 98 that I was trying to utilize. If you find the parts list it would help.
