Thread: Buick Riviera GS?

    Buick Riviera GS?

I bought a 66 Riv back in spring, I love it! IT rides amazing, the way it drives/looks the odometer reads like 30,666, I'm inclined to believe thats could original but could be wrong, but I have the aluminum valve covers, but the carb has been changed and the filter looks to be changed too

Congrats on your car. Nice choice. From what I can see its not a GS. They had the chrome air cleaner, aluminum valve covers (your covers do not appear to be 66 model year) 3.42 rear axle, GS logos on the glove box and front fenders.

The air cleaner is aftermarket, but it has the valve covers and fender emblems... I see no reason from the pictures to suspect it not being a GS.
    Someone added some scoops.

We have one in my family too! It's a little tired, but a real good car.
