Im currently driving my 350 1970 skylark custom with bench seat...I got the 455 and T400 and drive shaft out of a 1972 GS 455. All I think I need is 455 frame mounts or pads, and a fan shroud. Am I gonna have an issue with things like the gas pedal described in that link or anything else?

What I mean is, are there any other obvious changes that have to be made...do I have to change something at the gas pedal do i have to change any cables going to transmission, do i have to change front springs...things like this? One thing I know I need is the 455 fan shroud.

you need the power steering pump .bracket for the 455 yull need the belts of course. check the demnsions of you fan blade im not sure of that one mine did not have one when i got it .throttle cable may belonger you will have to see when it goes in but i think you schould be ok. the exhaust will have to be done i have stock heads had to switch the down pipe .to the 455 .122 bucks jegs then into the rest of the system.radiator hoses will need to be changed.there shorter than the 350s.the kick down cable was on my peddel but ihave a quick fuel carb with mehcanical secondairs so i move it up to the carb with new lokar throttle and kickdown cables.so you schould be ok again not sure on that one
