Please help decode this cowl tag for me. I have looked on the site but can't seem to find info about it. I know its a 1966 Buick Skylark--but also on the title under model it says gran sport?? Did someone just as that in? It has very nice interior. Buckets seats with a big colsole--tach included. Was this a special order interior or not original?

I found most of the info on that--dont know how I missed it. I know the color, ect. but what does the c mean after my interior code? Does that mean custom or something? ---My vin just says skylark but can it be a GS? since its on the title? Ive read several things some say if vin doesnt has 446 its not a gs but mine looks to have most that a gs has. And what about the nice interior with console and tachometer? Was that an option or were those consoles only in certain buicks? I cant find much info about this console--what it came in ect.
IM wandering if its the original interior? I can post pictures.
