    425 .030 Piston

    Hey guys,
I got a screwing from a purchase of a '65 Wildcat on ebay. Had it shipped from Ca. Guy claimed to be a new rebuilt 425. The long & short of it is it's has a busted piston. It was rebuilt but not very good.
Does anyone have a single 425 .030 piston for sale?
    Thanks in advance.

After tearing it all apart, I'm traveling down the slippery slope of a total rebuild. Thanks anyway.

hope it doesn't need bored again. General consensus is .030 is max for a 425. I've seen .040 pistons. You can go more but at a min the cylinders should be sonic tested to insure the wall thickness is consistent enough.

I have 7 (.030) pistons from my 425 that I can get rid of. They are in pretty good shape.

I'm rebuilding and needed to bore it to .040

Let me know if you're interested
