    Hub Cap Fitment

So I recently bought a couple of the small hub caps for my '52 Special. They came off a '49. I don't know what they are actually called, but a lot of people are calling them the 'dog dish' style. The only cover just he hub/lugnuts and don't go the full wheel.

With that said, how do I go about putting these on my car? I noticed that the wheels on the car that I got them from had little tab around the hub, where as my wheels don't. The slots for them are there, but they on not on ANY of my wheels.

So, do I need to go back and get the wheels off of that car as well, or can I just buy those tabs someplace? I only intend to put the caps on the front, so I am looking for the cheapest solution.

ps I am using a dial up internet connection so I apologize if I don't respond promptly in advance!

    Thanks,

    Anthony
