Did you use a dedicated cork or rubber gasket,
or did you *only* the gasket-maker? And if so,
exactly what product did you use?

could it only be valve covers bolt not deep enough in the head?

What does the exhaust smoke look like? Does it look white,
but like steam? Or does it look a bit like a dense white/blue?

What does it smell like? Burnt oil or fresh oil? Does it smell
a bit sweet and dissipates quickly?

Have you checked your oil level and radiator coolant level?

Have you checked that the PCV valve is functioning properly?

If you can answer these questions, it will help in the possible cause.

well ,water was coming out exhaust gasket instead of flame so i think a head gasket . the only thing might be if the valve cover bolt had distrac something there but it is big dense pure white smoke and prestone smell

Yep - if it smells sweet, like Prestone Coolant/Antifreeze, and the
white smoke disappears quickly, then I'm fairly certain it's a
    blown head gasket.

I just had this happen to my 64. I was driving down the street and
white smoke was pouring out the exhaust and dissipated very quickly.
The engine temp light came on, so I pulled over at a gas station and
filled it with water. When I got home, I checked the coolant level
again and it had gone down. Left head, cylinder #1 blown head gasket:
