tires?

what size tires would have been stock on my 64 lesabre. it currently has 215/75/r15would like a wider tire, but don't want to modify anything

I have 225/75/15 on my 64 Lesabre. It looks good, fills out better.

I've got 225/75/15's on my '63 LeSabre too. They are the equivalent of the old H-78-15 tires, and I *think* these cars actually came with 7.50 X 15's...someone else here will probably know for sure.

thanks. this is what i was thinking anybody got any hubcaps for this i need 2, or should i get some wheels like the ones that cam on the 68 buicks

I have three sets of 64 buick hubcaps; one set has the cat for a center piece, one has the Buick emblem , one set has no (they are scratched up and I made blank centers) Buick emblems. - I am going to personalize one set (my daughters initials), so can make a matched pair; either from the LeSabre or the Wildcat hubs. They are in pretty good shape.

I researched the cost for the center pieces - $25ea - yikes....

email me a pic of your existing hubs and I'll see if I can match them.
