New Buick Owner! My 1969 Skylark...

Hey folks, just thought I'd say hi. My uncle had owned this '69 Custom since about '78 and as I kid I remember growing up and always thinking it was such a awesome looking car. I've never been into Malibu or Chevelles but something about the Skylarks I've always loved. He let it sit for a few years before finally giving it to me.

It's a 350 Custom with a 350 bored over .60, milkd Isky cam, balanced and blueprinted with a new Edelbrok 650 on it. He did a lot of suspension work on it so it's got some big front and rear sway bars, lowered nicely with some other little things around the car.

Anyway, it's my first muscle car so I've been having a ton of fun getting it running. I just picked up these 200S's... 17's, 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the back... to give her an updated look. the 20 something year old 14 inch Centerlines had to go.

    Nice!

That's deff a nice ride!! What's the back spacing on the rear wheels? I dident think I could get that wide or a tire under there. I have a 68 that I like to have those under mine.
