I Have INHERITED my GRANDMOTHERs ' 67 Special 4dr with 35K ACTUAL on the "Clock".....It's destined for a 455 Conversion.....I'm " Old School " ( 61 Yrs Old )....and I'm looking for the Raised /Aggressive look from the 60's & 70's.....Not Todays LOWERED look.......Would appreciate Input as to what Springs or Other Suspension Pieces that would get me there....Thanks

new stock springs will probably perk it up a bunch as the old ones are most likely a little weak from age and may have settled more than you think. next option would be springs from a 67 big block chevelle which can be bought new. wagon springs would raise the car but i would think they would make for a rough ride

I through a couple of 2" spacers in the rear of my '67 gs400 and it looks nice to me. Of course, I am just a 60 year old puppy

The buick wagon springs from the same year will get the back end up in the air. That is what was in my 67 in HS. It also had air shocks. I was lucky to stay on the road!
