Rare 57 Roadmaster???

Hello, just got a 57 Roadmaster model 73. I was able to learn that the 73 has the rear 3 window configuration. Is this rare? Also, I would like to know what the critical things are to address before I attempt to start it. This car has been sitting for nearly thirty years. Original paint, upholster, matching #s, fac air, fac elect. seat, etc. Any tips or comments would be appreciated. Thanx, Marc

My book shows production # of 11,401 for a '57 series 73. Price base was $4,053.00.
