67,
There are many different Comp Cams springs. And several different retainers. Why not have your machine shop measure them for you ??? I am doing a pair of 430 heads right now and the Comp springs really would not work properly so I found a different brand that would give the correct pressures at the given installed hgt. There are too many variables to just pick a spring out of the book without carefully measuring everything first. Your machine shop should be able to do this for you.

Careful on retainer selection. Buick valves use a Buick only 11 degree lock angle. DO NOT use a 7 or 10 degree retainer!
I carry Chromemoly replacement and dual spring retainers for our Buicks.
