Brake drums are measured on their inside diameter. Yours should be about 9.5"

I just pulled the rear brake drums from my 66 buick skylark so I could measure for new. However after measuring it is clear that the two drums are not the same size. One is 11.5" and the other is 12". Any help with determining which to go with would be appreciated.
