Need help locating a part

I have a 64 Electra with out ac and I'm looking for the wires that connect to the heater & defroster controls. Does any one know were I can buy them? Also There is a small plastic piece's that connect the wires together under the dash does any one know were I can find that plastic piece as well. Thank you
