Yeah, Pontiac would be my guess; probably between 1940 and 1948.

The crest on the door sill looks like a Cadillac, 1946 - 1948

Wrong dash for a Pontiac or Cadillac or Olds of the 40's. The steering wheel resembles a Buick and so does the dash and radio, but the crest on the door; door panels and seats are not correct for a Buick of the 40's. It's definitely a 40's car though. There are lots of manuals at the Old Car Manual Project - http://www.oldcarmanual.com/ . Good place to search. It's fun actually.

Here's a '46 Cadillac. You can see the dash and trim is much different. There weren't too many differences from '41 to '48 on any of the GM cars.
