Yes, exact same setup on the other side. You don't need it offset like you see on some vehicles, the shock's whole purpose here is motion dampening. Centering is handled by the torsion bar and trailing arms.
NAPA says their part #5867 cross-references to Monroe 30316.
We replaced those, and found a similar size/travel front replacement and swapped those out, too (took some grinding on the sleeve at the base of the shock), and I replaced the end links and the sway bar bushings. The difference is amazing. It'll take a mean speedbump smoothly. You don't feel anything from road grooves, potholes, asphalt/concrete joints, or anything else. Fairly inexpensive, too.
