Looks good! What did you use for paint, something flat with a semi-gloss clear?
What did you do with the exhaust and suspension? I remove the grill, I'd like to see a more frontal view. I might be doing a similar car soon...
Hi all! I finally took some new photos of my '52 Super and thought I'd post them.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks.
Paint is semi-gloss chassis black.
Exhaust is a handbuilt intake and exhaust running down the inside of the fendewell to the dumps, with 2" duals all the way back.
Suspension is heated springs (2 1/2"drop spindles coming soon.) in front, and '79 El Camino springs in the rear.
I'll try to find a head-on shot of the car and post it up.
Good luck on your project.
Your car looks really awesome !! Good Job !! I finished assembling my 53`Special after repainting it this week. Pics to come. Greeeeetz

Hey 52Rat, do you run the original 263 or a V8? If you still have the straight8 can you post some pics of your home built exhaust please? I’m planning to build one my self for my 48 Special and like to get some ideas.
Wow, that’s what I call a piece of art. Thanks a lot. What other modification do you have on the engine?
And the performance of the new intake/exhaust, vs. the original? alleycat
