I'm glad my 55 only has right-hand lugs, or I'd have stripped the lefts trying to "break them loose"...
I also remember Buick having both left and right hand lug bolts but my 1955 Special has only right hand bolts, also my 1951 Special, 1952 Special, 1952 Super and 1953 Super. My 1962 does have both left and right so I don't know if my memory is clouded or if some of them did in fact have both.

What did you do for a master cylinder? Did you keep the stock single master? Are you still running stock drums on the back? The reason I ask is that I recently bought the Scarebird kit for my '53 Special. I have dual master cylinder to install and I was wondering if you upgraded the master cylinder?
