just bought a 66 wildcat vert I'm trying to find out a few things about it not haveing much luck. can any one help? This car has buckets and not sure of engine size the vin#466676d says 66 custom wildcat convert. made in atlanta ga. I know this but nothing more like how many with buckets? I have only found a few 66"s and all have bench. as for a engine goes I think a 425 it is red and the only number I can get to at this time is 1374603 or maybe 8 not sure on last number can any one let me know anything about this car? How many built how much is it worth?

I have a 66 Cat also, 2dr ht, was updated with a 430, th400 long before I got it. I agree with Flynbuick on value, but you can check NADA website to get a better idea of how much it is worth. Mine is not for sale, enjoy driving it too much.

that's a code for a head ... which is useless because the same casting could be used on either 401 or 425. our cross reference indicates the same for the block castings.
you want to find the two letter Engine Code stamping.
MT = 401ci w / 4v
MW = 425ci w / 4v
MZ = 425ci w / 2*4v
