'65 Buick Electra cornering light

OK, I have another question. I have cornering lights on my Electra. My understanding is they were optional equipment, and they're supposed to flash when you use the turn signals. Anyway, one of them is burned out. I tried removing the screws from the lens, but I was unable to remove the lens or bezel. So do the bulbs have to be accessed from inside the car, or is there a way to reach them from the outside? Thanks!

Access from outside- the lense is very delicate so when yu get all the screws out, be careful. tThe lense is just sticking to the gasket. Inside is the same as tailights - if its sealed no problem, it should come out just like the tail lights.
They don't blink, they just are cornering lights- just to light up to assist the headlights.

It turns out I didn't have to change the bulb. I tested it again and it still works. I realized they operate only when the headlights are on. But if I have to change 'em, I'll know how to do it. Thanks!
