rack and pinion?? vibration DS front

1990 buick century, 4 cyl, auto. When I turn the steering wheel from midpoint to full left, I get a severe vibration throughout that range. When I turn the wheel from midpoint to full right, the vibration is gone. Is this the R & P? If so, is there an exploded view of it online and where is the grease fitting located? Is there a rebuild kit? BTW, it is not losing any PS fluid.
