Thread: Fuel leaking from my vent hoses on my fuel tank '67 GS

Fuel leaking from my vent hoses on my fuel tank '67 GS

I'm leaking fuel from my two vent tubes in the rear of my fuel tank on my '67 GS.

How can I fix this problem. I have drilled the fuel cap and that didn't work. Thinking about dropping the tank. But what should I look for if I do?

After I drive the car and stop the fuel just pours out of the one of the two vent tubes in the back of the fuel tank.

Had this prob with an electric fuel pump. was pumping too much gas then the car could handle. so it might be your pump or your mix. but i can be wrong, just saying from my past with this prob on a car.
