Did you use the stock upper and lower A arms? Stock or dropped spindles? What are you doing for shocks?

Would like to see pics of the:

    upper A arms and air-ride
    rear air ride suspension

    Thanks!

Wow, Markus...that car looks killer! Say, are you still running the original straight-8 and torque-tube rear axle??? Also, is it still a 6-volt system, or did you convert it to 12-volt? Lastly...is that pinstriping I spy on your rear decklid? Do you have any close-up pictures of the pinstriping I could look at to get some ideas for mine?

  6. Hi snake,

yes...nearly everything is original...the straight 8 and the rear-axle too. I only did the 12V conversion, because it`s easier with the airride. Here are a few pics of the pinstripings in the front and back. The front should look like a little devil and in the back you see(if you look exactly) the hand with the "middle finger". Greeeetz

For those of you who don't speak German, and are wondering what the hell he said, I translated the text using the SDL Free Translation website. Now keep in mind, this is a loose translation, but basically this is what he said:

"Hi, I have the type of springs your car now has, best thanks to Over Again for them. Wondering if you could use the original lever shock absorbers further or if this had to be changed? To me, can use them primarily around the rear, in front have to do drop spindes purely. Glad to see further progress."
