HELP !! need good advice on a 1970 skylark convertible in wisconsin

hi guys; i'm from milwaukee, wisconsin and i wanted to sign up and say hello and to ask some advice about a 1970 gs clone convertible i am thinking about buying. the car looks good overall, until you see the shots of the trunk pans. they look to be rotted out pretty bad,so i don't know if the $7,500.00 asking price is valid. the good news is all of the goodies that come on the car. a 1970 455 riviera motor, turbo 400, gs hood, buckets, console, power top,5 spoke rims, tilt, power brakes and steering,etc... i have had experience with trunk and floorpan replacement, but i wanted to ask you guys what you think and to knit pick the car and point out any flaws i may have missed. thanks in advance for your input. regards, dave. here is a link to some photos of the car. http://www.flickr.com/photos/yoda_dawg/

Pass on that car and do not look back. It has rust everywhere with a lipstick paint job on top.
