has anybody tried this?
We put a 320 ci engine in a 50 super, had to move the radiator forward some. We now are putting a 2" wide gilmer blower belt on it, and are having to move the radiator farther forward, had to sawsall the back off of some of the grill teeth to get enough clearance. Good luck, and remember anything is possible.
a little trivia! just learned a while back that's why the roadmaster had 4 portholes the hood was longer for the 320 incher and they could put in a extra porthole.
well in the old daze they put 320,s in Specials, they were called 'CENTURY's. [however the Century was 4" longer.] Yep it can be done, with some adjustments.
