Help, Ignition Switch Replacement

I have a 1987 Buick Centry and need to replace the ignition switch. My local lock shop could not replace it. What is the secret or tool for removal? Thank you for all help in advance.

Any General Auto. repair shop should be able to do this repair .... the steering wheel and turnsigal switch has to be remove to get to the ign. key cyl...If that is what you need to repace .
If you want to replace the ele. part of the ign. switch any General Auto. shop can replace that parts as well.
