Nailhead in a 1950 Special

Has anyone swapped a Str8 for a nailhead on here? I'm curious as to a 401 / 400 turbo (turbine) going into one of these cars. can the engine compartment accomodate (wide enough) for a 401?

How about a 52 super, camaro front clip, ford 9" posi, tri-bar link and bags in the rear, 401/400sp up front, inside the frame headers with 50 front sheet metal/grill. very doable, lots of room, whatever induction system you want and still close the hood. If I had to do it again, I would elect to find a close donor frame.....sooooo much easier, way less fabrication. paul
