Exclamation 1967 Riviera 430 GS HELP PLEASE????

HI, I've got what i believe is a 67 riviera gs...trouble is somebody stole the cowl tag and i wonder if anybody can tell me how to get its original options details using the vin number....is there a website or club etc etc
i've decoded the vin number and apart from two numbers it checks out as a 67 buick 2 door coupe obviously the last 6 digits are its serial number can it be traced via that and how cheers for any help or directions you can point me in

    try these:

finding your build sheet would also be helpful, but there's no one "certain" place to find it. people have reported finding build sheets over the gas tank, under the rear seat and tucked behind the A-pillar trim among other places.

The Protect-O-Plate (P-O-P) warranty booklet, that originally came with the car would also give you option details, if you are lucky enough to have it ! GS model Rivieras cannot be identified by a VIN plate code, as Buick Motor Division did not keep specific records for them, and they were included in the annual production figures.

    Might help

Finding the build sheet is a big help. As metioned it could be anywhere. I just started to break down my 67 convertible wildcat and found the build sheet inside the left front fender near the drivers door.

    Good luck, Chris
