The front brakes on a Roadie are larger(wider) you will need the entire brake assembly including the backing plate. It is a simple modification (bolt on) and will give you better stopping power.

I have a 1952 super and I need to replace the brake drums. A friend has a Roadmaster
and will give the drums. Are they the same size? I know they share the same body from the cowl back.
Thanks
Roger C.
