    88 Park Avenue AC Problem

My AC only seems to blow cold when moving down the HWY. Any amt. of time at stop lights and it barely blows any cool air at all? Could this be a compressor going bad? Or bad air flow through the condenser? It appears to have plenty of freon (R-12) still in it. I has climate control system on it also. Any suggestions? No apparent leaking anywhere in the system.

Are the cooling fans. for the radiator working ? Your car should have two fans and the one on the pass, side is for extra A/C cond. cooling . HTH

My car has only one pull fan on the driver side. Very interesting. The car has been wrecked once in the front. Is the passenger side fan on the outside(push-fan)?

No your car has the single two speed cooling fan ( non HD cooling sys. ) and you should see it change speed when A/C is on . HTH
