there are two things which differentiate a 430 from a 455
a. most obvious, the bore size
b. the valve train is oiled by weeping through the shaft that the rockers are mounted on while the 455 oil by pumping up through the pushrods like an SBC
making it into a 455
have the machine shop sonogram it before you attempt to bore it that far. some 430 blocks can take that big of an overbore but many can't.
to swap this with a 350 you will need new engine mounts/frame pads ( it's possible the frame pads from the Riv could work ), and a big block fan shroud
