Need some recommendations

I am getting ready to do a body off restoration on a 61 LeSabre 2 door hardtop sedan (4411). Mechanically I am pretty sound but this one is going to need some weld repair. Being below-novice level welder, I need some recommendations for what welder to buy. I am pretty sure that a MIG setup is what I need but not sure about voltage, amps, etc. I am planning plenty of practice before beginning but just don't want to invest in a machine that won't do the job. I would like one to do any possible frame repair I might run into.
All suggestions will be greatly apprectiated.

For the body panel type work you can get by with something pretty light. Almost anything that will plug into a 115/120 outlet will probably do. I think when you start asking for a little heavier type work, you will probably be happier with something that runs on 220/240V, with an output about 200 amp.
