Change bulb in the tachometer?

I have a Buick GS 400 1967 with bucketseats and floorconsole, I want to change the bulb in the tachometer but I can´t loosen it, I only find two screws in the appartment with a lock on it, I have the console that is on a picture in the 1967 chassi service manual on chapter 73-6, I´m afraid that I can break it if I doing wrong with it. Some help whould be fine

i used to have a 67 gs 400,had the console apart many timesyou have to pull it from the floor,out of the car,flip it over,remove the 2 nuts from the bracket holding the tach in place,and it SHOULD come apart.then just twist the bulb socket to replace.kinda like a tail light bulb,only different size

Ok I see, but where are the bolts the console are screwed in the floor, I only find 2 in the apparment with lock on and 2 that are under that lid. I have just find 2 screws that are atached in the flor but it is more because the console are not loose
