'63 is red crinkle paint. '64 is black with the 465 Wildcat metal disc. Unless it's got the 2x4 option, then it's a chrome, dual snorkel.
I've seen the same air cleaner in black and red. Which is right?

Thanks for the help!
Your answer for the non-dual quad '64 corresponds with what I just restored. It was black with Wildcat 465 in the center. I thought that the previous owner had switched air cleaners (he has two 425/465 cars).
Mine is a 401/445 car. Why would they label a 445 as a 465?

To try & pull the so called "Wool" over somebody's eyes. Thinking that 465 means a 425 as opposed to 445 which = 401. Your '64 Riv. should have a 425 from the factory. All '64 & '66 Rivs. only came with 425's. '63 & '65 401's were the standard engine with the 425 being an option upgrade.

Yep. I'd earlier found that mine has a '65 401 in it (LT engine code). I think I'm going to label it correctly, even though that doesn't match this year of car.
That's great info. Thanks.
