    will 455 heads work for a 430

ok well my head cameback with a crack so i am wondering if a 455 head will work on a 68 430 the 455 is said to go with a 69-70 455?

Yes, but you will have to use the rockers, pushrods and lifters for a 70+ 455. Your 430 oils the rockers using the head. The 455s oiled rockers throught the pushrods.
