I haven't been on the board in forever. Most probably don't even know me but I lurk on lots of buick forums. I have been busy building my son a 59 buick 2 dr hrd top. I took a pretty nice ole new mexico car and I am building a mild custom for my 17 year old son. I took a 66 401,s/p 400tranny and converted the car to open drive. i used a 62 lesabre 3rd member and it bolted right in to my existing differential. I 4 linked the rearend as I did this. It now has a new radiator, motor, trans, driveline, rebuilt rearend, brakes, hardlines and rubber, brake kits, and gas tank, We are now on the road. I also took and mounted a 7" power booster on the firewall which was pretty simple. I had a few problems at first but figured them out. Now to why I am posting all of this. I have a factory switch pitch switch that I need to hook up. I have no idea how it works. Could someone give me an idea. I know it has a 2 wire pug that goes to tranny case but does it have to have a live feed to it? Would a toggle switch work? How would I wire it up? Thanks in advance for any help that is sent my way. I am also working on a 27 chopped coupe with a 2x4 ,401 nailhead and a 400 tranny. Did i mention I like buicks. Thanks TP

Why dont you hook up a 3 on the tree behind that B59? I know they are hard to find for a nailhead but mine came factory with it .
