    401 Head Gasket replacement

Currently rebuilding the engine on my 63 Riv, and noticed the new Fel Pro head gaskets had some closed off passages restricting coolant flow, the gaskets fit well everything else lines up. Should I open up the gaskets to allow full flow, or is this a modification to help the engine cool better???

    Help

Just talked to a tech guy from Fel Pro, the gasket was modified to make the engine cool better,,,
