    Four door roof rail "tape"?

Hey guy's ......When I re-did my 4 door hardtop roof rails (area where the side glass meeets and seals at the side of the rubber roof rail seal) I used a cloth tape product that has worked great for the past ten years and is still in good shape.

I had my '55 at a show recently and a fellow car restorer asked where I got the material. The place where I purchased my material in Kent, WA. has closed.

If anybody know's what I am talking about, and knows where to purchase the material, could you post an answer so I can get back to this person?

    Thanks,

    Jim C. Jones

Napa used to carry some different types, but I don't know if they still do. Curtis industries used to also, but they had a rep that came to our body shop, but you might find them on the web. We used to get all of our fasteners from them; Qaulity products. You might check with Winser fasteners also. Good luck, Bill
