Well theres lots of answers to your questions, As for a frame, you could go with a restored frame, an unrestored frame or a custom made frame (those are extremely nice for custom jobs, for show, drag, and rally racing, but also very pricey)

But im sure you could find an unrestored one for around 800 to a grand...not to sure how much it would cost to restore it, and install. Best bet is to find a local shop or two and get quotes.

Is it rusted in the rear? If it is why not cut it out and tub it,a pro street 71 skylark would be bad a$$.
