THANKS AGAIN TOM YOU ARE THE MAN I AM REALLY INTO MY BUICK I WAS A CHEVY GUY BUT NOT ANYMORE THIS WAS A GREAT WAKE UP CALL ALTHOUGH I LIKE ALL MUSCLE CARS BUICK IS NOW MY FAVORITE.
Usually what I tell Chevy Guys.
The difference between a Chevy and a Buick is:
Twice the Car for half the price and a "Bow-Tie" in the rearview mirror
Glad You came over to "Our" side.

I have 16" cragars on the back w/265 60R 16 s and they do fill up the wheel wells tightly . mostly its up to you on what you want your car stance to be . I replaced the front springs on my 69 GS with the BB springs and went to a taller tire to bring the rear up because the tires I had on the front looked just looked just plain funny with all the wheel well showing ..so it was nessary to put new tires on the front and taller new tires on the back ,as you can imagine the car sits up high , BUT.. it is the musscle look that I wanted. I don't know if this helps but thought I would throw in my .02 Ben

Thanks for the tip Ben I am surprised a 16 inch wheel would fit on the buick. I see some cars with big tires in back width and skinny in front that looks good I think, but I dont about handeling. I like the pro street look like at the drags without tubbing rear of car what the heck do I know thats why I asked. Wrench on and go Buickkkk '''''''
thanks Victor HI Tom I am glad to be on board as well this site and the comrodery with all is like taking a happy pill everyday.
