    Question manifold q's

    Hi everybody,new to the classic car addiction.Ihave a 68 skylark 350 2 brl.I picked up a 4 brl manifold GM 3883848,A307 Rochester Quad# 7032750.and cannot find the d- code info on this.I checked buicks.net/shop and with no luck,any info would be greatly appreciated.

    sorry, there's almost nothing in the way of documentation on small block casting numbers with the 350 being the worst off.

    in fact you might even be able to help us. what's the number on your old 2v manifold? if it's not "1382616", i don't think we've got it.

    manifold wonder

    hi,BOB thanks for rsvp on the 350,4 brl it is stumping alot of people,and now that i know the limited numbers for 350 casting I can c why the mystery. again good looking out on this.the numbers on the 2 brl i dint need cause im keeping the original one. thanks again. How about the manifold the 4 brl sits on? Bob,would you know the make or year for that ? the #is... 3883848 maybe this can be found.and i could sleep better knowing it is the right gm year for my 68. thank you very much. chris

    sorry Chris, i'm just as stumped as everyone else. frankly, "3883848" doesn't even look like a Buick casting #. every single intake # number that we do have, hell, every single 7 digit small block # that we do have starts with a '1'. i'm at a loss.
