    New Thread LOL

I just recieved my 56' and two letters are barely holding on the trunk lid. Since I don't want to drive a rodmaste, I was wondering if anyone knew of a good way to re-attach the letters.
Thanks and watch out for all the questions

You can fix those letters quickly by using emblem tape that is available at any auto paint supply, or you can probably get a small piece from a body shop. Stick the tape to the back of the letter then trim it so none of the tape shows on the sides then stick it on. It is a permanent repair and better than new.

Do the letters have rubber on back? Probably not, but if they do, there is an adhesive strip made for reattaching emblems that still have a rubber backing. All you do is press the emblem onto the adhesive strip and the adhesive sticks to the back of the emblem where ever there is rubber. Then press the emblem into place. No trimming, no oozing glues. I believe it is made by 3m.
