Vac lines? The vac lines on the fuel pump have nothing to do with you fuel pressure. The vac part of the fuel pump is a scavenger to feed the wipers. Crazyal....Make sure there is not another fuel...

Exterior you can paint, powder coat or POR15. The internal I would blast to remover rust then leave it as I would not take the chance of anything breaking loose and going through the cooling system....

The seals are readily availiable as are new water pumps. Check with Bob's Automoblia. Just had my first dealings with them and they are the cat's T&^%'s. Nice, knowledgable and fast shipping....

That would be the valley pan and you can buy them from quite a few aftermarket sources. I do not know about a steel one but, Eelco has aluminum ones as does Vintage Speed. Two right off...
