    It woudnt hurt to upgrade you drums and backing...

    It woudnt hurt to upgrade you drums and backing plates to say..I.e. a 54 roadmster..there a lot beefier (2"+)..coudnt change much looks there..they look identical from any eyes view..better stoping...

    U can use 54-56 A-arms. There use to be a tech a while back that showed how they used 54 units and came out bitching..that tech now cost $5.95 with shipping.

    I asume a hot straight eight, backed by a dynaslug woudnt make much difference eather, even with a change in gears..I could be wrong.

    I know were theres a 263 torn down in peaces bout 2 hrs from me...I'm sure the felliw woudnt mind selling whats needed..its a dynaflow engine by the way.

    As I was taking apart the rods ill be using,I found a few bolts that were stripped so I raided the other set..haha.ill eventualy get to what you mentioned to have a second set.

    Have you inspected the parking brake cable's, shoes, master cylinder..it should hold while your car is set on P and all else...
