Comp cams makes thumper cams for buick 350's now. 517/509 lift 469 was biggest until recent found on summit

If its been sittn around that long it could be anything, it could be that something even has rust built up and wont allow to move, i would suggest rods or mains, its a risky thing but try diesel it...

i Would deff rebuild car and, try to locate a feul pump cheap, and do a pressure test as well, check time one thing at a time till it runs lol
