That is to pull the pitman arm off the steering gear box. I'd prefer to leave the pitman arm on the box and remove it from the tie rod instead.
But that may not be possible.
Anyone have experience removing a tie rod plug to allow the tie rod to be removed from the pitman arm?
Mine is stuck pretty solid and I can't find anything to fit an impact wrench to try and break...
